Murfreesboro Christmas Parade
The annual Murfreesboro Christmas Parade, organized by Murfreesboro Parks & Recreation, features floats, bands, and dancers marching down Main Street in celebration of the holiday season. The 2025 theme is "A Sweet Christmas." The parade starts at East Main Street by MTSU and ends on Walnut Street, one block past the Square. Award categories include Best Business Float, Best Church/School Float, Best Scout/Civic/Social Float, Best Antique Car, Best Dancing/Street Performance, and Best Marching Band. Spectator parking is available at the Judicial Center Parking Garage (223 N Maple St).
