Hattie Jane's Creamery is a small-batch Southern creamery and scoop shop at 116 N Church Street in downtown Murfreesboro. Born and raised in Tennessee, and women-owned and women-led, Hattie Jane's makes its dairy ice creams from a proprietary base made with local milk from Tennessee cows, and its dairy-free flavors from a coconut base. The menu features modern takes on Southern traditions such as Nana Puddin', Brown Butter Pecan, Goo Goo & Jack and dairy-free Strawberry Jam, alongside Classic Vanilla, Chocolatey Chocolate, Minty Chip, Mulekick Coffee, Honeycomb and Cookie Jar Supreme, plus homemade treats and coffee. Customers can stop in for a scoop or take home a pint. The Murfreesboro shop is open Sunday through Thursday from noon to 8:30 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from noon to 10 p.m. It offers curbside pickup by calling (615) 203-3531, and delivery through DoorDash, Uber Eats and Grubhub.
