The Technology Engagement Center, known locally as the TEC, is the Rutherford County Library System location on Minerva Drive in Murfreesboro dedicated to technology access and digital skills. The TEC hosts free computer classes, one-on-one tech coaching appointments, and makerspace programming, and provides public technology resources for residents who need help with everyday digital tasks.
