About This Event

Karate Saturdays at St. Clair Street Senior Center teaches basic movements, forms and self-defense, with belt levels achievable. The center says karate can help with balance, fitness and cognitive functioning. The cost is $10 per month for one class or $20 per month for the Wednesday and Saturday classes.
