UFC GYM lists amenities including MMA classes, a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu room, group fitness, a cycle room, a bag rack, strength and cardio equipment, Olympic lift platforms, personal training, a kids gym and youth programs, recovery services such as Normatec compression, hydro massage, and red light therapy, plus a sauna, locker rooms, showers, and tanning. Presale founding memberships are available ahead of the fall 2026 opening.
