About This Event
Tasty Tuesday at Discovery Center at Murfree Spring is where kitchen chemistry meets hands-on fun! Held in our FRANKE Kitchen, this interactive cooking program invites Murfreesboro-area kids to stir, mix, and experiment with ingredients — transforming everyday foods into exciting, edible creations. Led by knowledgeable instructors, children explore the science behind cooking, discovering how ingredients interact while mastering basic culinary techniques like measuring, mixing, and observing chemical reactions such as rising dough or melting chocolate. Each session blends STEAM learning, creativity, and delicious discovery into one flavorful adventure — the perfect way for kids to build kitchen confidence while having a blast! Programs are subject to change. Included with admission; each session is limited to 24 participants.
