Thanksgiving dinner on a sub roll is back. Firehouse Subs brought back its Thanksgiving Turkey Sub on Sept. 28, 2026, and it is available now through the end of December, while supplies last, at participating restaurants, the company announced. It also added a new Pecan Bar.

What's on the Thanksgiving Turkey Sub?

• Carved turkey breast
• Warm stuffing
• Sweet-tart cranberry sauce
• Mayo
• On a toasted white or wheat sub roll

Guests can add a side of turkey gravy for dipping, which Firehouse Subs describes as having notes of garlic, roasted turkey and vegetable stock. The gravy costs extra.

Firehouse Subs CMO Carolina Berti said the company brought the sub back after it sold out nationwide last year.

New Pecan Bar

The new Pecan Bar is baked fresh in restaurants daily, with toasted pecans and caramel flavor, according to Firehouse Subs.

Firehouse Subs did not list prices for either item. A portion of every purchase supports the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation, which the company says has awarded more than $118 million.
