ALDI's First Ready-Made Meals: What's Coming to Murfreesboro Stores

ALDI is launching its first line of fresh, heat-and-eat ready-made meals, with single-serve meals under $8 and family-size meals under $15. They roll out in select markets starting in October and nationwide by January 2027.

ALDI shoppers in Murfreesboro will soon find something new near the front of the store. The grocer announced on Sept. 22, 2026, that it is launching its first-ever collection of ready-made meals: fresh, never frozen, heat-and-eat trays sold in the refrigerated section near the store entrance.

"Our shoppers are looking for meals that fit into busy lives without sacrificing quality or stretching their budgets," said Joan Kavanaugh, vice president of national buying for ALDI U.S.

Single-serve meals (under $8 each, 30 to 46 grams of protein):

• Beef Bolognese Spaghetti
• Beef Brisket with White Mac & Cheese
• Butter Chicken & Rice
• Chicken Burrito Bowl
• Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

Family-size meals (under $15 each, 16 to 22 grams of protein per serving):

• Chicken and Bacon Mac n' Cheese
• Meat Lovers Pizza Bake

ALDI says it will add new meals as monthly ALDI Finds over the next year. The meals are made by Kitchen Food Company. "We tested hundreds of recipes as we developed this collection, with quality as our top standard from the very beginning," said Terry Jackson, the company's head of food.

When Will ALDI Ready-Made Meals Be in Murfreesboro?

ALDI says the meals arrive in select markets in early October, expand to more markets through the fall, and reach stores nationwide by January 2027. The company has not said which markets are first, so Murfreesboro and Smyrna shoppers may not see them until later in the rollout.
