About This Event
Art for Inner Exploration is a free, artist-led workshop at Linebaugh Public Library exploring how art affects emotion. Sessions are led by artist CatieBeth Thomas, a Tennessee native who has volunteered as an art therapist, produced painted and fiber art, and taught art since 2013. Participants explore color theory and emotion, gratitude, and self love. The workshop meets in the 2nd floor Conference Room, is open to adults and teens, and all materials are provided — though participants may bring their own supplies, paper, or notebooks. Art for Inner Exploration is held at Linebaugh Public Library, 105 W Vine St, Murfreesboro, TN 37130 and is free to attend.
