About This Event
Rutherford County holds a free Household Hazardous Waste collection at the City of Murfreesboro Solid Waste Department, the only drop-off location for the day. Any Tennessee resident may bring household hazardous waste; commercial, institutional and agri-business waste is not accepted. Paint of any kind and electronic waste are not accepted at this event. E-waste is collected year-round on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. and weekends from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. at the Leanna, Smyrna and Rockvale convenience centers.
