Curry Up Now in Smyrna is the first Tennessee location of the Indian street food chain, which started as a Bay Area food truck in 2009. The restaurant is locally owned by the Patel family, Smyrna residents of more than 20 years, and serves tikka masala burritos and bowls, deconstructed samosas, thali platters, chaat, and Naughty Naan. This is the only Curry Up Now that serves the Nash & Three, a take on the Southern meat and three with tandoori chicken, masala mac, peri peri corn, saag paneer, and naan. All meats are halal, and vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available. The Mortar & Pestle bar inside serves cocktails, Tennessee drafts, whiskey flights, and zero-proof drinks.
