About This Event

The Rutherford Arts Alliance hosts a free Art of Unburdening workshop for current and past caregivers at First United Methodist Church in Murfreesboro, led by local artist CatieBeth Thomas. Participants learn to make cyanotypes, a historical photography and printmaking process, using plants and meaningful objects, and each student takes home three cyanotype artworks. All materials are provided, no experience is necessary, and pre-registration is required; due to the cyanotype chemicals, the workshop is for adults and teens only.
