About This Event

The Rutherford Arts Alliance invites current and past caregivers and people processing grief to a free Art of Unburdening workshop at First United Methodist Church in Murfreesboro. Music educators Liz Johnson and Dave Isaacs lead a group session on how listening, breathing and making sounds together calms the body, ending with a guided improvised jam. No musical training is required, participants may bring an acoustic instrument, and pre-registration is required.
